Guys that can also be sexy for their respective sports, and bring in more revenue and fans. There is one guy that plays for your very own Boston Red Sox, that has that very same ability to make the Sox "sexy". That guy is Dustin Pedroia. Though, you don't need to tell him, he knows damn well that he is sexy.
In Terry Francona’s new book, it was revealed that a marketing survey
found Red Sox fans wanted more “sexy” players, using Dustin Pedroia as
an example.
The diminutive yet feisty second baseman’s reaction to the news that he was found to be sexy?
“They didn’t need a damn marketing team,” Pedroia said. “I could have told them that for free.”
